Biography
Athina Kotsia is a dedicated Of Counsel, licensed to practice in California. She has extensive experience in employment litigation, class actions, PAGA and single plaintiff matters. She is committed to helping employees and employers navigate workplace challenges and ensuring their rights are protected.
Athina obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from UCLA School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and was honored with the esteemed Dean’s Tuition Fellowship Award. Before joining GTG Law, Athina clerked for the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office in Downtown, Los Angeles, gaining valuable trial experience. While pursuing her law degree in Greece, Athina competed in the prestigious FDI Moot Court Competition, where her team won the Award for Best Memorial for Respondent.
Athina’s practice is centered on providing practical, client-focused solutions to complex legal matters. Outside of the office, Athina is passionate about advocating for Women’s Rights and supporting initiatives that empower women. In her free time, she enjoys reading and writing, and exploring a range of topics from creative fiction to quantum mechanics.
