Full Time Attorney:

Work closely with the supervising attorney to help advise clients of legal issues relating to business transactions, claim liability, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits; Conduct legal research for legal issues, contracts, rulings and regulations for individuals and businesses, complex issues; Draft legal memoranda for submission to the supervising attorney; Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions by interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case; Conduct discovery that supervising attorney reviews and finalizes in preparation for litigation; Prepare pleadings, motions, trial briefs, and other documents for litigation and file cases in state and federal courts for supervising attorney to review and finalize; Provide direct assistance to the supervising attorney in the course of day-to-day provision of legal services; Represent clients in court hearings, depositions and assist during trials. Knowledge of Greek language. Job location: Downey, CA. J.D or LMM and California State Bar License are required.
